Free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our partner warehouses. Delivery times count business days only (no weekends or public holidays). During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays) delivery may take a few extra days — if your order is delayed, we will let you know by email.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. You can request a change on the day of your purchase by emailing contact@cloudellahome.com; after that, your order may already be with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Customs & duties
Prices include all taxes and duties for the countries we ship to. You will not pay anything extra on delivery.
